Toolspec Manufacturing was originally founded in 1961 as a Tool making company, and has developed with its Customers requirements – to provide products from Specialised Tubular and Section manipulations to be used in complex components & welded assemblies.

We are proud of our first rate reputation for Quality & Delivery, with our existing Customers.

Toolspec Statistics

Toolspec employs 60 people and generates a turnover of £6.5 million. Toolspec is classed as a Medium Volume Manufacturer of niche products. Production volume ranging from 10 to 1500 parts per week.

Quality Assured

Toolspec have on site measuring capabilities, through the use of a Co-ordinate Measuring Machine (C.M.M) linked to a CAD terminal. This allows for parts to be measured against the Customer component product data directly. (Machine capability – 3.2m x 1.5m x 1.2m)
